Where the Rules of the game are put into practice

The TriCAP Supervisor of Officials is Jimmy Massengill. He is affliated with Triangle Sports Officials (Triangle Sports Officials, LLC)


Any youth softball official who works with TriCAP desiring to officiate at the youth recreation sports level in the Harnett and Johnston would need to be registered with TriCAP, through Jimmy Massengill.

Registration for the Triangle South Officials for the up coming 2018 Youth Recreational Softball season will begin sooner than you think. Once it opens, you will find the links on this site to assist you in your registration. You would simply click on those sites and complete your registration.
