Recreational Baseball - TriCAP Sports Officials
Recreational Baseball in Johnston and Harnett counties are assigned through various assigners. TriCAP does have recreational baseball it assigns in association with Jimmy Massengill, Supervisor of Officials (TriCAP Sports Officials).
Any baseball official desiring to officiate recreational baseball in the these counties through TriCAP, must be registered with TriCAP and Jimmy Massengill.
